Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. You will receive your key access code for the
home via email or phone, whichever you would prefer. As we use a keyless entry system, you can walk
right in! Your key code is only good for the dates that you have reserved and is never available again
for added security.
The phone number at the house is 843-886-3909. You can make local calls for no charge. (Don't use
the area code for local calls.) You can also use this line to connect your laptop to a dial-up local
access number. Instructions for accessing the wireless network are posted on the refrigerator.
It is OK to smoke on the deck and the porch but not in the house. Please do not bring pets or use
candles. Please be sure to turn off the oven when you're not using it. Thank you!
No diving or running is allowed at the pool. Please watch your children around the pool and hot tub.
When you are done with the hot tub, please turn down the temperature and replace the cover.
Please also note that beverages of any kind should not be taken into the pool or hot tub. The pool and
hot tub are serviced at the end of your visit. If beer cans or other items are found in the pool or hot
tub, additional service may be required and a damage fee will be charged to your credit card.
