Rates and Availability

Rents range from $2000 to $4400 per week with discounts for multiple weeks or monthly rentals.
There is 11.5% sales tax on all rentals.

A $500 deposit is needed to hold a reservation that is made more than 90 days before check-in.

A deposit of HALF of the rental amount is due 90 days prior to the arrival date.

If guest provides written cancellation notice to owner at least 90 days prior to the arrival date,
owner will refund the full deposit.

If guest cancels between 60 and 90 days prior to the arrival date, owner will refund half of the deposit.
Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date.

If full payment is not received 60 days in advance, the reservation will be canceled and guest
will forfeit all deposits or payments.

Full payment is required for any reservation made within 60 days of the week requested.
